What You’ll Do:

Implement meaningful life-enrichment programs that support the physical, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being of senior residents
Lead daily activities, group programs, and community-wide special events
Encourage resident engagement while modifying activities to meet varying abilities, interests, and care needs
Support a warm, engaging, and inclusive senior living community that promotes quality of life and resident satisfaction
Assist Life Enrichment Director with holiday celebrations, birthday recognitions, building wide events and parties
Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, care staff, and community leadership

What You’ll Need:

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED required, college or related training a plus
Previous experience working with senior adults strongly preferred
