What You’ll Do:

  • Implement meaningful life-enrichment programs that support the physical, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being of senior residents
  • Lead daily activities, group programs, and community-wide special events
  • Encourage resident engagement while modifying activities to meet varying abilities, interests, and care needs
  • Support a warm, engaging, and inclusive senior living community that promotes quality of life and resident satisfaction
  • Assist Life Enrichment Director with holiday celebrations, birthday recognitions, building wide events and parties
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, care staff, and community leadership


What You’ll Need:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED required, college or related training a plus 
  • Previous experience working with senior adults strongly preferred
