Who you'll care for
At SpringBrook Community of Onalaska, you'll help our residents with the everyday moments that matter most: getting ready for the day, a warm shower, and a familiar face who knows their routine. We plan care around each resident's own preferences, not a checklist.

What you'll do

  • Provide support with personal care tasks including laundry, bathing, dressing, medication administration, and other daily living activities
  • Foster positive, meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Address resident needs quickly while maintaining a kind and respectful approach
  • Assist nursing staff with assigned duties and support as needed

What you'll need

  • High school diploma or GED, preferred
  • Previous experience in senior care, caregiving, or a related field, preferred
  • CNA certification, preferred
  • Medication technician certification, a plus

Pay

  • Starting pay: $18.50 to $22 per hour
    • Evening shift: +$2.00 per hour
    • Night shift: +$3.00 per hour
    • Weekends: +$1.00 per hour
  • Weekend Bonus Program: full-time staff who work every weekend earn an extra $4.00 per hour!
  • Shift pick-up bonuses added to your paycheck
  • Quarterly attendance bonuses

Schedule

  • Days: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Evenings: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Nights: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
