What You’ll Do:
- Implement meaningful life-enrichment programs that support the physical, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being of senior residents
- Lead daily activities, group programs, and community-wide special events
- Encourage resident engagement while modifying activities to meet varying abilities, interests, and care needs
- Support a warm, engaging, and inclusive senior living community that promotes quality of life and resident satisfaction
- Assist Life Enrichment Director with holiday celebrations, birthday recognitions, building wide events and parties
- Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, care staff, and community leadership
What You’ll Need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required, college or related training a plus
- Previous experience working with senior adults strongly preferred
