- Rotating Schedule- Shift times:
- Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Every Other Friday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Every Other Weekend 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Every Other Holiday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors—greeting everyone with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Handle documentation and coordinate communication between departments
- Help maintain a positive and organized front office environment
- Assist serving residents in dining room during meal times, as needed
- Assist with planned activities, as needed
What You’ll Need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficiency with standard office systems and technology
- A friendly, professional demeanor—especially when handling reception responsibilities
- Ability to work within a senior living environment- preferably experience with elders with Alzheimer’s disease and/or dementia
